Cars and Quads: You need to be a minimum of 21 years old, have had a driver's license for at least 2 years, a passport or ID card, and a credit card or cash to pay the deposit. To rent a car in Spain you have to have a valid driving license.

Motorcycles, Scooters: Be at least 18 years old, have your passport or ID, a credit card or cash to pay the deposit and your driver's license. To rent a motorcycle in Spain you need to have a valid driving license.

Bicycles: Passport or ID, credit card or cash to pay the deposit.

• Select the type of car you want to rent.
• Include any additional accessories and extras in your booking.
• Select the payment form and enter your personal details to finish the booking.

The SMART rate does not include cancellations or modifications of the reservation, but you'll get a better discount on the vehicle price.

The FLEXIBLE rate allows for modifications and cancellations with no penalty if you notify us within 48 hours of the pick-up date. You will be charged one day's rental if you give less than 48 hours’ notice.

All our rental cars, motorcycles, and quads in Ibiza are covered by mandatory coverage with an excess. This default coverage option is free of charge; however, upon collecting the vehicle, you will be required to leave a mandatory deposit equivalent to the excess amount corresponding to the type of vehicle chosen.

If you return the vehicle in the same condition as you received it, the excess amount will be refunded. In case of damages, the repair costs will be deducted from the excess, up to a maximum of the full excess amount. In the event of an accident where you are not at fault and another party is responsible, you will initially be charged for the damages up to your excess limit. Once the insurance company determines that you were not responsible, we will refund the charged amount.

With the ‘Extended Coverage’ option, A.Turbo Rent a Car, S.L offers customers collision damage coverage for the rented vehicle. This insurance does not cover damage to the wheels, the vehicle’s underbody, lost keys, interior damages, or any accessories that belong to or are provided with the vehicle. If you drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or recklessly, the ‘Extended Coverage’ will be automatically voided. The rental deposit with this additional coverage will vary depending on the type of vehicle chosen.

For even more comprehensive coverage, the ‘Premium Coverage’ includes protection for tires, broken windows, locks, and headlights. It also reduces the rental deposit (which varies depending on the chosen vehicle) and removes the daily mileage limit, allowing for unlimited mileage rental.

Loss, theft or damage to keys, triangles and/or vests

You must fill up the tank to the same level as it was when you rented the vehicle or the difference will be charged when returning the vehicle, plus an admin fee of €20.

The vehicle may not leave the island of Ibiza (and it may not be transported to Formentera). Such circumstances automatically cancel the insurance, and result in the loss of all moneys paid and the cancellation of your contract.

A new driver is one between 21 and 25 years of age or having had a driving license for less than 6 years.

Cars: if the driver belongs to the category of 'new driver' the car rental will cost an additional €10 per day.

Motorbikes: motorbikes have no additional charge for new riders.

You can ask for an invoice at the end of the rental period at the office or send an email to info@turborentacar.com.com with the billing details and contract number. The invoice will be e-mailed to you.

A. Turbo Rent A car, S. L offers roadside assistance from 9: 00 am - 19: 30 pm, which you can use by calling the phone number given in the contract.

When booking the vehicle, the data provided must be from the driver.

We have seats for babies and children as follows: Group 0+ (0-13 kg), Group 1 (9-18 kg) and Group 3 (15-36 kg). The extra charge is € 3/day.

Motorcycles and quads come with helmets and padlocks included. The bikes don't have a trunk, only the scooters have compartments under the saddle with space for a helmet. The Piaggio Medley and Piaggio Beverly scooters have space for 2 helmets.

Rent A Car Companies in Ibiza pick up customers in the P1 car park 1st floor at the airport (on the front as you leave the terminal). Once you have made a reservation with us you will receive an email with the location.

Installation of additional accessories (e.g. baby chair) is to be done by the person renting the vehicle. This is required by our insurance policy, because in the event of any incident occurring as a result of incorrect installation of accessories, the company will not then liable for any damage caused.

In the event of loss, helmets cost 60 euros. Loss of motorcycle KEYS: 60-200 euros, depending on the model and for cars between 400-800 euros, depending on the model.

If you do not turn up to pick up the vehicle on the indicated date and do not notify the company, you will lose the booking and the full sum.

In the event of a traffic fine you incur during the rental period, A. Turbo Rent a car, S. L. is required by law to identify you and provide the authorities with your personal data, so that you will receive the penalty to be paid at your home.

The customer undertakes to return the vehicle on the date indicated in the contract. Any accident occurring after the rental period will not be covered by fully comprehensive insurance and you will be charged for the excess. A. Turbo Rent A car, S. L gives a courtesy time of 1 hour to return the vehicle free of charge, after that you will be charged 1 day's rental.

While making your reservation you will get your confirmation bonus and locator number. You will also receive it at the email address you provide. If you do not receive our e-mail, first check that you have written your email address correctly, and if so the email will most likely have been blocked by the anti-spam filter in your account. Check that our e-mail is not in your "junk mail" or "spam" folder. If our email is in your spam folder, be sure to set up your account so that it does not block emails from "turborentacar.com" or info@turborentacar.com. If our email is not in your spam folder, write to us as soon as possible at info@turborentacar.com and we'll send it to you or call us on +34 971 34 37 99.

Pre-authorisation: please note that this amount is not charged. The bank is simply asked to block it during your rental period and once this is complete it is automatically released. This does not result in any payment from your account.

Deposit: The payment is made automatically after the vehicle is returned. The money will be credited to your card within 7 to 15 days, depending on the bank.

Cash: Cash deposits are returned directly in the office at the end of the rental.

Please note that this amount is always paid to the account associated with the card used to make the payment.
